Vamo v5 Review

Looking for your first mod? Maybe you Want something better? Well look no further! 

Looks:- the vamo v5 isn't the smallest of mods 136 mm when using 2 x 18350 or 1 x 18650 battery - 105 mm when using 1 x 18350 battery, slap something like a kayfun on top and it becomes...HUGE! It also has a removable top ring for easy cleaning.

It comes in a range of finishes:- Gun metal gray, stainless steel, chrome. All look great.

Functionality:- super easy to use, 5 clicks of the fire button turned it on another 5 clicks to off.

Setting the volts/watts is real easy using the two buttons above the fire button and increases in .1 increments for volts & .5 for watts. Main menu is accessible by holding both buttons for 3 seconds and is pretty much self explanatory. Full video review below.

Performance:- the vamo really delivers here firing pretty much anything you put on top effortlessly and efficiency. It does have it's limits though. The Vamo is limited to 6 Volt, 2.5 Ampere (with a single battery) and 15 Watt.

If you set something up, so that any of these values would be exceeded the Vamo automatically reduces its output so all values stay within the limits.

I.E. if you use an atomizer with 1.5 Ohm, the max. voltage you can get out is 3.75 Volt, because above 3.75 Volts you would exceed 2.5 Ampere.

If you set the Vamo to 6 Volts while using an atomizer with 1.5 Ohm, it will display 6 Volts, but it will give you only 3.7 Volts.

Stacking 2 batteries the limit is 5 Ampere, but you still don´t get full 6 Volt, because upon 1.5 Ohm you exceed 15 Watt from 4.7 Volts on....science bit over.

Overview:-There's no denying the vamo v5 is great value for money and a total workhorse and for around £50 for a full kit it Will have you Vaping like a pro.
