LICK BRAND VAPORS ELIQUID REVIEW - CALYPSO

I received this Eliquid in the march 2014 Zamplebox, this Eliquid comes in a 15ml cobalt blue glass bottle and doesn't come with child proof safety cap or nozzle so dispensing this Eliquid in to any atomiser may require a syringe...or a steady hand 

As with all Eliquids regardless of safety features always store responsibly.

The labelling on the bottle is a very simple design with the company logo and flavour of the liquid set on a yellow background, it does however feature an ingredient list, nicotine strength and safety warnings, there is no information on the PG/VG ratios.

I vaped this Eliquid on a mini dripping atomiser with a 1.7ohm coil and cotton wick with a Joyetech eVic set at 11w.

As I'm sure with most vapers the first thing we do when receiving a new Eliquid is to take a sniff of the liquid from the bottle, one of the first aromas you'll notice is a sweet citrus smell followed by the unmistakable fragrance of Honeydew melon.

The liquid itself is a luminous yellow colour, when filling a syringe you'll notice that it's not too thick and not too thin either, having a guess I would say it was 50/50 PG/VG although I can't be 100% sure.

Taking the first vape I managed to pick up several flavours on the inhale, Lemon and grapefruit seemed to be upfront giving it an almost lemonade flavour, not the clear lemonade but the more traditional cloudy lemonade flavour giving a slight sharpness, although that's very short lived as the exhale bought about the sweetness of the honeydew melon followed by a slight strawberry flavour that I can only describe as being like the strawberry Starburst chewy sweet.

The throat hit initially is quite thumpy but quickly mellows out giving a satisfying vape.

Vapour production is very good giving off fairly thick plumes, this will vary depending on your set up, the aroma can only be described as a sweet tropical fruit fragrance.

Overall it's a very nice flavour I've had several liquids from lick brand vapors and I can say without doubt this is the best one I've tried so far, if your looking for a sweet fruity vape that packs a little punch then this one is for you.
