KANGERTECH EVOD 2 REVIEW

Ever since the Kangertech Evod first came out i was a huge fan, 99% of my clearomisers were Evod's and I love the bottom coil set-up, the simplicity and just how they blew my CE4's away by giving a great vape.

Roll on to 2014 and Kangertech has updated the Evod with the Evod 2 a completely overhauled version of the original.

The Evod 2 is now a stainless steal construction with a polycarbonate tank, It has a removable stainless steal 510 drip tip offering more customisation, better airflow, larger tank capacity at 1.7Ml and Dual coil heads.

The design is more or less the same as the original with the only major differences being in the materials used and the top cap being slightly higher due to the increased tank capacity giving the evod 2 a slightly longer profile with the standard drip tip this can be altered by using different drip tips.

The performance of the Evod 2 blows the original out of the water due to being Dual coil giving masses of vapour and great flavour, not only that but better air flow means you can lung inhale with it too if you wish, the air flow isn't tight neither is it too loose it's got a happy medium to it, I've not experienced any leaking or gurgling which sometimes would happen without warning on the original. 

I've been vaping the Evod 2 on the Vamo V5 between 8-15 watts and it's been coping great delivering a consistent flavourful vape time after time with no burnt taste or dry hits in the higher wattages.

Overall the Evod 2 is an excellent clearomiser and a massive improvement on the original, giving protank 3 performance and mini protank looks whilst keeping in the same price bracket of an Evod and receives an overall score of 8/10
